Creating Custom Commands

Go to your Dashboard → Shortcuts tab. Add a slash name and the full exercise text it should expand to.

Your CommandYour Expansion
/legdaysquat 225x5x4, deadlift 315x5, leg press 400x10x3
/pushdaybench 185x8x3, incline dumbbell press 60x10x3, dips 15x3
/abs50 crunches, 30 leg raises, plank 2 min
/preworkoutstretch 5 min, foam roll 5 min, warmup run 0.5 miles
How commands work: when you text /pushups, the AI immediately replaces it with "50 pushups" and logs it as a completed workout. Commands are expanded server-side before processing, so the expansion text is what gets logged to your sheet. Commands are case-insensitive — /PUSHUPS works the same as /pushups.
Usage tracking: each command has a usage counter. The AI can show you which commands you use most and when you last used them. Ask "what are my top commands?" in chat to see your stats.
