The Tracker App provides slash commands for over 75 standardized fitness assessments and sports combine tests. Log results from the NFL Combine (40-yard dash, bench press 225, vertical jump, shuttle, 3-cone), NBA Combine (lane agility, 3/4-court sprint, max vertical, bench 185), MLB Combine (60-yard dash, exit velocity, bat speed, pop time), and NHL Combine (pull-ups, grip strength, plank). Military fitness tests include Army AFT, Navy PRT, Marine Corps PFT, Air Force PFA, and Coast Guard assessments. Federal law enforcement uses the Cooper Institute test for FBI, DEA, ATF, Secret Service, and Border Patrol. Track and field commands cover sprints, distance, marathon, ultra, field events, and throws. CrossFit benchmark WODs include Fran, Murph, and Olympic lifts. Youth FitnessGram commands include PACER, curl-ups, push-ups, pull-ups, flexed-arm hang, trunk lift, and sit-and-reach. All commands can be sent via iMessage or Telegram and are auto-logged.
