We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through Stripe, our secure payment processor.
Can I switch plans?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle — you won't lose any time you've already paid for.
What's the difference between Monthly and Yearly?
Yearly gives you two months free compared to paying monthly. Same features, better value — and you lock in your rate for a full year.
What does Premium include?
Premium adds AI-powered photo logging: snap a picture of your meal, your scale, or your workout and the AI parses it instantly. Also includes nutrition-label scanning and priority processing.
Tracking & Features
How do I log a workout?
Just text it. Send a message like bench 185x5 205x3 225x1 via iMessage, SMS, or Telegram. The AI parses it and logs everything for you. No app to open, no forms to fill.
How do I track nutrition?
Text what you ate — 6oz chicken, 1 cup rice, broccoli — and we'll calculate the calories and macros. Premium users can also snap a photo of their meal for instant AI logging.
Can I track water intake?
Yes. Text water 32oz or drank 1 liter and we'll track it. Your dashboard shows daily, weekly, and all-time water totals.
What body measurements can I track?
Weight, body fat percentage, waist, chest, arms, legs — whatever you want to measure. Text it like weight 175 body fat 15% and see your progress charts on the dashboard.
Does it work with wearables?
Yes. Connect your Apple Watch, Fitbit, Garmin, or Oura ring. Steps, sleep, and heart rate data sync automatically.
Account & Support
How do I get started?
Go to the homepage, pick your messaging service (iMessage, SMS, or Telegram), and enter your contact. You'll get a welcome message and can start tracking right away with the 7-day free trial.
Can I use multiple messaging services?
Your account works across iMessage, SMS, and Telegram. Log a workout from your phone via iMessage and check your dashboard from Telegram — it all syncs to the same account.
How do I contact support?
Email support@thetrackerapp.io or text help to your connected messaging service. We typically respond within a few hours.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy and Trust Center for details.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Contact support to request a full export of your workout, nutrition, and measurement history. We'll send it as a CSV or JSON file.
